You may think that a photographer's favorite moment of a photoshoot is snapping the perfect shot with expert lighting and strategic framing. While that is part of what makes the job fulfilling, it is the storytelling behind the shoot that turns it from just a job into a passion.
This story we got to share with the beautiful couple, Ava and Bronson, is a great example. More than just a pretty photoshoot, these two shared a romantic experience they'll always remember.
Opened in 1859, The Missouri Botanical Gardens is covered in tens of thousands of plant life.
With gorgeous greens and the bright sunny day, the couple used this historic landmark to make some memories of their own.
Starting in front of the sprawling foliage, we captured their smiles and close-ups of the engagement ring, a symbol of their new lives starting together.
The historic brick and stone buildings offered a beautiful backdrop for natural poses before we stopped by the lake for even more stunning views.
Sharing Ava and Bronson's love story not only produced some of our favorite photos to date, but was truly an honor to take part in.
